The house is located in the exceptional setting of the Marina de Talaris, a private property of around a hundred hectares situated in the middle of the pine forest, in a peaceful setting, on the edge of Lacanau lake (with beach) and 9km from the ocean.
In the Marina, guests have access to :
- heated outdoor communal swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September),
- 4 outdoor tennis courts (booking required),
- bar/restaurant
- petanque court,
- multi-sports pitch
- sandy beach on the lake...
The house is composed as follows:

A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, combined microwave oven, Nespresso, washing machine, sodastream, crockery and cutlery etc), a separate WC, a bedroom with bunk beds and shower/washbasin area, a living room that extends onto a terrace with direct access to the lake (stairs from the terrace to a private pontoon at the foot of the house).
