Enjoy 140 m2 of great comfort for a peaceful holiday, 5 minutes by car from the ocean and the shops or the lake.
The villa has a large living room, (very) high ceiling with : Living room with 2 sofas and TV (international channels and platforms thanks to the box), dining table, US kitchen entirely new, fitted and equipped (induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, utensils...) overlooking the large covered terrace, the garden with trees and the private swimming pool of 10x5m (west facing). Wifi fibre in the house.
On either side of this central room, you will find two "night" wings.

Access to the pool is regulated by an accordion barrier at the terrace (blocking access to the pool and garden if desired). In addition, there is a bar cover and an underwater alarm.
